30something: Yes, I noticed that it was based more on your strengths and weaknesses in the business arena. This seems like it would be helpful for you, but I was asking just in case. Have you ever taken the Myers-Briggs?

arealchange: Myers-Briggs is more analytical. My other tests I have done by Steven Covey and Barna said I am Leadership Type With Fact Finder ( anyalytical) bent.. and as Jesus sets me free, I become more fun!!! lol that part of me has been dorment for too long

30something: Yes, Myers-Briggs is purely personality. Woudn't help you in business probably but I would be curious to see your type just because I know it so well it would give me a good idea of your personality.

arealchange: Personality helps alot, Meyers however is far more sterile and technical. Understanding who you are is one thing, understanding how to work with others is another

30something: Yes, and I guess my "personality" makes me more curious about who I am than how I work with others. Yup, introverted, that's me :)
